Zoals je ziet heb ik nu twee links staan voor mijn hoofdstukken, één voor de "normale" downloads en één voor de directe downloads. Het enige verschil tussen de twee is dat de directe downloads direct naar de downloads lijden en de "normale" downloads een advertentie-banner laten zien. Ikzelf heb liever dat er natuurlijk op de "normale" download wordt geklikt, echter, ik leg hier de keuze bij de gebruiker zelf.

EDIT: Ik heb de prioriteiten omgedraaid. De directe download wordt nu als eerste weergeven.

As you can see I now have two sets of links for my chapters, one for the "regular" downloads and one for the direct downloads. The only difference between the two is that the direct downloads directly lead to the downloads and that the "regular" downloads show an advertisement banner. I personally rather have people use the "regular" download, however, I hereby give the user the choice.

EDIT: I've reversed the priorities. The direct downloads are now displayed first.

Ik heb zojuist een nieuwe hack toegepast op de blog, waardoor het nu mogelijk is voor Engelse bezoekers om de blog te kunnen lezen zonder dat zij verder omlaag hoeven te scrollen. Ook wordt het wat makkelijker voor de Nederlandstalige bezoeker om de blog te lezen, omdat je nu niet meer te maken hebt met verschillende talen op één pagina.

I just applied a new hack on this blog, so that it's now possible for English visitors to view the blog without having to scroll down. It also becomes easier for the Dutch visitors to view the blog, since you don't have multiple languages on one page anymore.

Alle schrijvers doen het, dacht hij. Het was al bijna half vier 's ochtends, en hij moest om half elf al op. Hij ging naar zijn browser, opende een nieuwe tabblad en begon te typen. Blogspot.com. Binnen vijf minuten had hij al een account aangemaakt. Het verraste hem dat "ertar" nog niet was ingenomen.

Nu moest hij nog verzinnen wat hij als eerste post zou moeten zetten. Moest het in het Engels? Of in het Nederlands? Nee, de blog moest in het Nederlands, immers, het boek wordt in het Nederlands geschreven. Wellicht dat hij alle blog entries eventueel ooit in het Engels zou vertalen. Wellicht.

Maar waar zou hij nou over kunnen schrijven? Zou hij over het ontstaan van het concept praten? Nee, dat heeft hij al vaker gedaan, en, het zou beter zijn voor een andere keer. Gewoon een introductie dan? Dat had hij al vaker gedaan, en het zag er gewoon niet uit. En toen had hij het.

All writers do it, he thought. It was already half past three in the morning, and he had to get up at half past ten. He went to his browser, opened a new tab and began typing. Blogspot.com. Within five minutes he had set up an account. It surprised him "ertar" wasn't taken yet.

Now he had to think about what to put as his first post. Would it be in English? Or in Dutch? No, the blog had to be done in Dutch. the book would be written in Dutch anyway. Perhaps that he would translate all blog entries in English one day. Perhaps.

But what could he write about? Could he write about creating the concept of his story? No, he already had done it countless times, and, it would be better for a next time. Just another introduction? He already done it before, and that just turned out lame. Then he got it.
